4 starter steps to help moms of growing teens get ready for life in an empty nest

How did you get here?

No one properly warned you about the heart-wrenching, emotional rollercoaster raising teenagers can be.

Nor did they tell you about the hormones that would run the peri-menopause show.

Or how you’d quietly drift from your partner and kids.

What about the growing self-doubt and questioning of what’s next?

And the slow, creeping fear of a future without your family under one roof.

The list goes on (and on)... until you decide the mediocrity, confusion, and isolation isn't worth it.

Until you decide it’s time to take back control and reclaim your life.

You need a plan…

WELL HELLO THERE!

My name is Jennifer, and before I found my voice, I struggled to stay sane while raising kids, running a household, and trying to be a caring partner. Often stretched too thin, with growing guilt and frustration, I worried how I’d survive the next 14 years.

If you can relate, keep reading.

We’ve been conditioned to ignore the woman we are so we can be the mom our kids “need.”

But here’s the thing, when you’re so busy helping everyone else achieve their dreams, your dreams gather dust.

And when your kids exit stage right, you’re left wondering what’s next.

I believe you are more than a mom and your best years have yet to be lived.

I also understand how emotional and time consuming parenting can be, and it may feel like you can’t slow down long enough to figure out where you’ll land.

I’m here to help.

For over a decade, I’ve guided hundreds of moms like you toward contentment and a more fulfilled life. With some dreaming and little planning, you’ll find a path.

This website, my work, is for the ones who want more but don't know how.

For the ones who want to feel alive again.
Important again.
Like someone again.
Not just someone’s mom.

Because you're not... and that's precisely the point.

Who is this for?

If you have kids, this is for you.
But if you have tweens or teens? It’s time to move.

When you became a mom,
you didn’t give up everything. Only yourself.

Let’s change that.

Three Stages of Motherhood

No matter where you land on the spectrum, I can help you find more meaning (and sanity!)

Full-Time Mom

You’ve got young kids under 10

When your kids are little and they need your love and attention. Generally from newborn to tween or middle school age.

You don't have a lot of extra time but could probably use some time management support to help you survive.

Part-Time Mom

Youngest is in middle or high school

As your kid gets older, they'll naturally pull away as they try to gain their independence.

This is a natural phase and your signal to take back some of your time so you can more easily transition into the next stage of motherhood.

On-Call Mom

Your kids are off on their own

Your kids are grown and off starting their life. You've got a lot more free time and freedom and are ready to move on with your personal wants, dreams, and desires.

This is where you start thriving!
